Development History of Jiangsu Jiangheng Valve Industry Co., Ltd

In 1965, "Fucheng Farm Tools Factory" was established.

In 1972, it was renamed as "Funing County Valve Factory" and moved to No. 36, Fucheng East Street, Funing County.

In 1975, he accepted the research and development task of ferrule pipe valves of the former Ministry of Petrochemical Industry, and in 1980, he passed the appraisal of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry and Ministry of Petroleum Industry

TQC management was implemented in 1981. In the same year, the double ferrule instrument valve won the Science and Technology Achievement Award of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry.

In 1986, ferrule type straight through stop valve and bimetallic sheet steam trap were high-quality products in Jiangsu Province.

In 1987, the bimetallic sheet steam trap obtained the national industrial product production license.

In 1988, NJ63Y high temperature and high pressure straight through stop valve passed the appraisal and acceptance of Taishan Nuclear Power Plant.

In 1990, it was a provincial new product of high-temperature high-pressure direct flow stop valve and check valve.

In 1992, the company obtained the certificate of steam trap fixed-point supplier from the Ministry of Chemical Industry

In 1993, the high temperature and high pressure DC stop valve was awarded the Jiangsu Province Patent Gold Award.

In 1997, he took the lead in passing ISO9001 certification among peers; "Shuguang" brand valve products have been approved by China National Chemical Equipment Corporation for fixed-point production.

In 2002, it was restructured and renamed as "Jiangsu Jiangheng Valve Industry Co., Ltd.".

In 2003, the company obtained permits for ball valve, butterfly valve, gate valve, globe valve, check valve and drain valve A2, (1) B1 and B2.

In 2004, due to the needs of the county planning, it was moved to No. 6, Huangma Road, Funing Economic Development Zone as a whole.

In 2005, it was a provincial new product of split type double eccentric hard seal ball valve and replaceable steam trap.

In 2006, the project certificate of the national Spark Program for the split type double eccentric hard seal ball valve was issued.

In 2007, the replaceable steam trap passed the national Spark Program project certificate and API 6D product certification.

In 2008, the split double eccentric hard seal ball valve won the second prize of Yancheng Science and Technology Progress Award, and the self-cleaning ball valve for the latex industry won the gold medal of the second China International Valve Expo.

In 2017, it obtained the permits for regulating valves A1, A2, B1 and B2.

In 2018, the fixed ball hard sealing three-way ball valve won the gold medal of 2016 China International Valve Expo, and the ultra-low temperature butterfly valve and shut-off valve were approved for research and development.

In 2019, ultra-high temperature metal hard seal ball valve, high-performance metal hard seal eccentric hemisphere valve, high-performance eccentric rotary pulverized coal flow regulating valve, and forced seal ball valve were approved for research and development.

API600 certificate will be obtained in 2020.

In 2021, it won the EU CE certification. After being acquired by AVIC Group, it invested 150 million yuan to build the second factory of Jiangheng Valve Industry (No. 30, GCL Avenue, Funing Economic Development Zone) using the stock assets of the original Sande Puhua Company. It also purchased a new 5m CNC vertical lathe, a 5m gantry machining center, a 2.5m, a 1.6m boring and milling machine, a 2.5m, a 0.8m turning and grinding integrated special lathe jointly developed with the machine tool factory, and imported horizontal and vertical machining centers Imported three coordinate measuring instrument and multi station large tonnage plasma welding machine, nearly 100 advanced CNC intelligent equipment of domestic and foreign first-line brands, as well as 1000 square meters of 100000 level clean workshop, ultra-low temperature test device, control valve fluid test device, etc.

In 2022, new products such as tri eccentric hard seal butterfly valve, rail ball valve, long-distance pipeline ball valve will be praised by users.
